Meeting Information
The social hour starts
at 6:00 PM, dinner is at 7:00 PM, and the speaker's presentation
is at 8:00 PM. Please note that there are no meetings
during the months of July and August.
Online Reservation Form

Please make a reservation no later than 4 pm on the Wednesday
before the upcoming meeting. Your reservation will 1) help the
cooks purchase the right amount of food, and 2) let the officers
know how many tables and chairs to set up.
Appetizers are offered during the social hour.
The main course includes a choice of tri tip or vegetarian
option. The rest of the meal includes garlic bread, a side dish and
salad. Beverages include draft beer, lemonade, ice tea, coffee
and bottled water.

Dinner Meeting Costs for members and non-members:
$20 - Member with a
reservation
$25 - Non-Member or Member without a reservation
$10 - For Students and K-12 Teachers Note: The student fee does not
include beer! Please plan to pay the full amount if you want to
enjoy a beer.

Raffle tickets

Money generated from the raffles goes toward scholarships, field
trips, etc. to promote the advancement of Geosciences. Raffle
tickets are sold at the sign-in tables (3 tickets for $1.00).
