Membership

The CGS membership program is open to geoscientists, professionals in other disciplines, students, and interested members of the public. 

Membership supports the cost of the monthly dinner meetings and provides additional funding for annual student scholarships. 

CGS membership is $15 for professionals and $5 for students. Membership renews annually in September.  You can pay at a monthly meeting, or by mail, email, or fax.  The membership form is can be downloaded by clicking this link.

The membership dinner price at the monthly speaker meetings is $20 with a reservation.  Non-members and members without reservations pay $25; members without reservations receive priority on the waiting list for dinner availability for those without reservations.  Members receive an engraved CGS membership pen.
